FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Bennu Valve is made in the United States with local and foreign components. Some components are manufactured in the United States and other materials and parts are manufactured in Mexico.

The Bennu Valve is in advanced stages of research and development. It has been tested on numerous occasions on test rigs that simulate the diverse range of conditions that exist in oil wells.

It has also been tested in a limited number of real wells with very favorable results.

Our testing program seeks to extend field experience and benefit participating well owners with reactivation and/or increased production.

The Bennu Valve’s designers, manufacturers, and suppliers hold the ISO 9001 certification.

Our firm is currently working to obtain the prestigious API Q1 certification.

Before installing the Bennu Valve our team performs a preliminary analysis of your well conditions based on the information you or your oil operator can provide about the well.

Among the variables that determine if the well is suitable for installation are the type of crude oil (e.g. condensate, mixed, gas), type of drilling, depth, current production condition, API gravity and production method.

Installation time is less than 30 minutes. The Bennu Valve is connected at the surface to the Christmas tree is understood to be located at the wellhead, and since it does not require any reservoir or production tubbing intervention, the process is extremely fast.

Oil well behavior is typically difficult to estimate, but previous results obtained in test rigs and real wells have revealed an average production increase of 12% with some cases reaching up to 19%.

Prior to installation, production values without the Bennu Valve and baseline values will be agreed and established.

Once installed, the cost of the Bennu Valve will be agreed between the parties based on the incremental production over the baseline value.

If the Bennu Valve fails to increase production, we will cover all associated costs.

By conducting a preliminary analysis of the well’s condition, we can determine the potential effectiveness of the Bennu Valve’s installation.

However, the Bennu Valve is still in a research and development phase and in the unlikely event that its installation decreases production, we’ll cover all associated costs, including installation, logistics, labor and consumables, among others.

There are significant risks associated with investing in oil and gas programs and equipment.
