The Bennu Valve automates the opening and closing of the well, using the natural pressure of the reservoir to increase production. Each valve is calibrated to the well profile to reactivate its operation.

Simulations and Calibration

Oil wells possesses unique characteristics inherent to reservoir conditions such as depth and viscosity.

The Bennu Valve comes preloaded with the operating pressures from the specific valve in which it will be installed to maximize production.

Prior to installation, and with the well profile, our simulation software establishes the optimal operating cycle and the opening and closing range that maximizes fluid and gas displacement.

With optimal pressure settings production increases quickly and efficiently.

Bennu Valve has shown the best production optimization and automation results in the following well types:

Intermittent production

Wells in intermittent production that require constant presence of personnel for opening and closing.

Artificial lift

Wells with intermittent artificial lift that require the automation of the opening and closing process at the wellhead for each cycle.

Pipeline blockage

Wells with an obstruction in production tubing that still have potential to produce by natural flow.

Gas or condensate

Natural gas or condensate wells that have a strong aquifer and constant choking in the reservoir.
